Friendly staff, helpful service, comfortable room with stylish decor, convenient location near canal and Sakaimachi St, triple room spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children with ample storage, welcoming atmosphere.
Couldn't find a single fault.

Lovely hotel, good location and big size rooms. The really helpful staff all round. The rooms with great water pressure shower. Plenty of facilities like: climate control, an individual safe, and flat-screen television. Honestly no reason to complain.

I appreciated my one-night stay at Omo5 Otaru By Hoshino Resorts in Otaru. the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. It was only a short distance from the Seawall, about two miles away. My double room had a fantastic water pressure shower and included amenities like climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV, which were nice additions.

The hotel's location was favorable and great, right in the middle of Jackson. My room included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a refrigerator, and a dining area. I stayed here for 1 day and would love to come back sometime.
